Come on, there's more to it than that! In order not to lessen the topic down to "Elroy wants to get laid", I will restate it in the political policy recommendation that it has been from the start:

Whereas healthy sex is good for people, and

Whereas American's tend too have too puritanical a view of this healthy activity, and

Whereas healthy sex is a natural desire just like food and shelter,

GB should implement policies to promote and encourage more sexual activity amongst the US population.

If the government can regulate food, recommend exercise and make policies that benefit parents with children, they can make policies that encourage a better, healthier attitude towards sex than exists today. That's all.
