Most investors(?) on this thread keep stressing the value of TSQD based solely on the value of DRIV. Ownership of DRIV stock is simply an asset - which may or could be offset by other variables on the balance sheet of TSQD (including stock options). Given, DRIV might be worth $100M but, what if TSQD owes $100M??? This is the same situation BOST was in with ownership in Einstein. And, check out BOST these days!! Just a reminder that even though these companies are closely linked - the success of either is not necessarily tied to the success of the other.
