Frank et al. There is no doubt that legal profession has problems...all professions do. I have worked as a CPA and can tell you that the deisre to make as much money as possible is not specific to lawyers. Lawyers are easy targets when something like the DEC suit occurs. I am an INTC shareholder and I, just as you and Paul, do not want to see an excellent company rung through the sewer. I am not a "whore" and I know many good, hard working, honest, attorneys. I will not stand by while such statements are made. If you, Paul and the rest of the INTC thread desire to engage in name calling, I will stop participating. BTW, I would postulate that I am angered more by frivavolous suits than others in this forum because they do tend to give lawyers a very bad public perception. I view law as a very important institution in our society. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to become part of it. Thank you and best of luck. Go Intel.
