I don't know what you are talking about. Canadians are educated, in fact, American's are forever in that country soliciting for doctors, nurses, technology people, farm technology people, engineers and more. I have a friend in Boston who a year or so ago was forced to hold fund raising events so he could pay for medical care for his now late daughter. In Canada, people do not go bankrupt as they do in the United States over medical costs. Both Canada and the US are good countries that are different. You don't have to revile one because you support another.
