Erik,
Connected to Computer Retail Weekly and there is a NEWS FLASH about IBM & Iomega. Their article quotes IBM'er William Holtshouser, the IBM Aptiva product marketing manager saying "The demand from our retailers is what drove us to the technology". They also quote Dataquest analyst with "Clearly getting IBM and other players with big-name cache is very important in Iomega's efforts to establish the Zip as an industry standard". The article states 'IBM is expected to release systems next month with Zip drives available on select models'.

Checked with Charles Schwab but they did not have any news regarding IBM and Iomega. Of course, if this is an accurate story this would be the BIG ONE! Go get'em Iomega.

FYI,
Greg S. (long on IOMG)
