I agree with Claude, a severe but typical shakeout of overconfidence. And the large hedge fund role in the PM and metals sector is relatively new, and deepening the ramps and declines. I am down a bunch like most everyone, but am still up almost 100% from 1 yr ago as the last (4th advance in this bull) was 620%, better than avg. And this decline was correspondingly bigger than avg. I have been adding for the past 2 months or more on several favs, added yesterday and today, and don't feel fear or much of anything over these drops. But you have to sell a portion when they shoot up and look unstoppable, in order to have cash to benefit by declines.
