...you would think with 22 million since 12/15 that a fund would be an extremely remote possibility. If these are shares that once were preferred then financials will tell the tale...maybe thats why the delay LOL!!!!

That actually might be the case since an agreement in principle with the fund would preceed the need to get monies in the open market, and all the drilling was paid for long ago. If the auditors are charging by the minute we are in deep kaka....
