It would be wonderful if both the hypsters (pump and dumpers) and the bashers (slash and burners) would subtly cease to exist ... there would be little if any wailin', weepin' and gnashin' of teeth. Unfortunately, I have learned that the 'penney stocks' attract great numbers of both types and that both do equal DISservice to the very folks they both claim to cherish with their agape love. This and other threads are composed almost entirely of one of the two types, with very few serious investigators and investors.
Their alignment is easily discernable ... although both are frequently pretty good at, "Yes ... butting.' It is most interesting that a very large group shows up any time there is rapid movement of a stock and the company meets the criteria that they has developed to be susceptible to slash and burn tactics ... of course their desired result is driving down the price for the benefit of the shorters.
There is another group that uses just the opposite tactics ... the are the hypsters who will stop at little to drive up a stock price, so they can make their killing pumping the stock up and then abandoning the investors. Both should be hanged, drawn and quartered. Then, there are just a few folks around who get interested in a companies products and decide to throw a few bucks at them. With no apologies to anyone and not soliciting any comment from any of those who are both legends in their own minds and purveyors of provarication (also masters of impeachment by inuendo), I only comment on threads in which I actually own stock. Of course, this will no doubt draw a few guffaws and "how dumb can you be's" from the peanut gallery. Sorry if I offended you also, but I DO INDEED AGREE WITH YOUR STATEMENT.
