THIS DOES NOT STATE THAT TONY HAS NO ROLE IN CSHK!! It does clearly state that that he "is neither an officer, director nor 5% or more shareholder of Cashco nor has Mr. Boyden received any compensation from Cashco.

So then just what is his role? Why the 50 yard run around the corral to answer the question? He hasn't received compensation, but he has played a role. Well, then how exactly does that work? I am always a little confused by this type of philanthropic activity. Or is he indeed compensated already with options or other equity position in AR Brooks, 11th Hour, Catalyst Software or Cashco? Or does he have an interest in Merced or Telanis? I think a fuller explanation is in order. I find that Rebecca's answer is possibly evasive. And may be factually in error if he is participating via deferred considerations. I think most people would agree that that is compensation.

I was doubly fascinated that Rebecca chose to focus on Tony in apparent response to questions about the participation of felons in the CSHK activities. One this presupposes that he is a felon, and two does not answer the broader question of felony participation that I originally raised. You have offered that long winded post somehow as some sort of proof. I say it raises more questions than it answers.
