Has anyone heard of "executive compensation" ? >>> ...mainly the last phrase: "executive compensation"... in a private company... basically, Booth was saddled with having to pay partners a pre-set amount (large) of $$$ every month prior to the ISGI deal. That compensation (expense) dropped to zero upon execution of the Agreement. That expense basically created a "giant sucking sound" (Perot) that is no longer extant! It is basically all dropping to the bottom line for shareholders...and is giving Lents/Booth cash flow to build with (sorry, with which to build!) Keep up the good work Big John! Bob PS: Trust me; none of you have lost .01 pct of the stock value that I have lost over the short term of this week, but I am not concerned. The Company IS making the right moves, IMHO.
