The part that strikes me as most telling is the part about : "(the "Software") provided by X-Stream Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("X-Stream") - software provided to the "xstream network internet service" "The Service" as a separate entity; such well described definitions are intentional Company - The X-Stream Network Internet service Client - Xstream Technologies, Inc. - purportedly XSNI and as the client software provider is the free ISP in the UK - software User - anyone using or trying to use the software developed by the "client" for the "company" Excellent post of your find as a result of DD, thanks Berwyn Demi :)
