Clappy...dig a trench around your fence line and bury chain link fencing or wire mesh fencing. You can buy wire mesh in rolls of 12" & 18" widths.

Or being the master electrician that you are, set up a motion detection flood light that flips on when the furry thieves approach the garden...the neighbors will love that one!
