tK2 - excellent analysis. That's exactly my view of the trial, and general MSFT situation. One thing to keep in mind, is that the states are emboldened by the tobacco experience - and MSFT seems like such a nice cash cow to slaughter... I still love trading it though - hard to go wrong...
