subscriber.
June: AT&T Corp. agrees to acquire Tele-Communications Inc. for
$3,000 a subscriber.
May: Cox Communications Inc. announces plan to buy Prime Cable's
Las Vegas cable system for $3,100 per subscriber.
April: Paul Allen acquires Marcus Cable Co. for $2,500 a subscriber.
