Falstaff, (I'm assuming, there.)

Slow news day is right, and raining to boot in Seattle
and environs.
Appreciate the news about CREE's work in RF power chips,
it's age notwithstanding.

I'd sit still for a corner of the LED light bulb biz
as it plays out over the next decade, but the most
exciting part of SiC's future lies, for me, in power
management applications. Bookmarked this article awhile
back when someone (Libra ?) linked it into the Yahoo
CREE board.

gildergroup.com

(I can't justify the $400/yr for Gilder's
letter, but I do avail myself of the kindness of board-
mates!) I found it researched 'tick-tight' and very
interesting, re: Clean Power and the growing need for it.
Not just wireless app.s, but on the national power grid
scale.

Heat tolerance, Big amperage, that's what I like about
SiC.

Long CREE, (in my miserly, wage-slave quantity) in @
~$54; [not yet split-adjusted, tho' waiting] death grip on shares 'til Fundies change

Adio, Lee
