Intel Corp has introduced two new mobile Pentium processors with MMX technology manufactured using advanced 0.25
micron process technology. The new 200 and 233 MHZ mobile Pentium processors offer consumers a better battery life
consuming up to 50% less power than previous generation mobile processors. The new systems are also equipped with
improved displays, large-capacity hard disk drives, high-speed CD-ROM drives and DVD drives to match desktop
capabilities. Intel is offering the 200 and 233 MHZ mobile Pentium processors with MMX technology in two levels of
integration -- the Intel Mobile Module or Tape Carrier Packaging -- in 1,000 quantities priced at US$530 and US$691
respectively for the TCP and at US$604 and US$764 respectively for the mobile module.
