All, I looked over their web site. A U.K. based company that seems vertically integrated in their business. Under 'partners' they mention of their alliance with MiTAC, a Taiwan based company skilled in computers and peripherals. No mention of the wafer fabs processing their chips, but since it's U.K. based probably SGS, the top European analog fab. Maybe out of Taiwan. I e-mailed their general manager asking who supported their chip processing. I suggest it's not a company as a takeover target as they would appeal a variety of sectors. Design house, software, peripherals, and chips. Only a back end supplier may be interested. Suggesting a TCOMA, GIC, or other mergers in that field. They appear to be a strong Design house with their act together, in my estimation. They look a lot like the GIC/ATHM of Europe to me, with better flexibility. Larry |
