CM ... yes sir, Fry's is about the worst I've encountered on the "restock returns" by glancing in the carton to insure all the parts are present and putting new shrink wrap on the package and back onto the shelf for resale .... Now, I will say ... as long as I have their receipt for the goods and get it back within their timeframe for returns ... I've always gotten a refund .... but as you said ... it is "convoluted" ....ggggg I'm a hundred miles away from the Dallas store, so it behoves me to be extra careful in my original purchase .... but I have NO qualms about purchasing merchandise from Fry's and find I save money there ..... and on top of that, Sam's is next door, and I always go there TOO when I'm on that parking lot ... hehehe
