this filing was just a formality for sierra ventures (largest vertel shareholder, with Jeff Drazen on the vrtl board) and dawson samburg who bought a million at the same time that sierra was adding a million to what they already hold.........this filing pertain to that purchase done at the same time for both companies when they each bought a million shares........neither company has plans to sell their shares..........
