offerings:

Company: Equinix, Inc.

Business Description:
Equinix designs, builds and operates neutral Internet
Business Exchange centers, or IBX centers, where Internet
businesses place their equipment and their network
facilities in order to interconnect with each other.

Offering Type: IPO

Offering Size: 20,000,000 shares offered;
all shares are being offered by the Company.

Use of Proceeds:
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the
offering to fund the design, construction and operation
of additional IBX centers and expansion projects and for
other general corporate purposes, including working
capital and potential acquisitions.

Price: $10.00 - $12.00

Expected Date:
The offering is expected to take place on or about
August 10, 2000.
