JPR clears Southwest; I think they could certainly let you get ARCA if you really wanted it. In one of the SEC documents from an earlier post, it was noted that Archipelago was the Townsend Analytics/Terra Nova Trading/Southwest Securities ECN. That was on the following web site:

sec.gov

JPR in my opinion has been doing their customers a favor by not having ARCA!
