For anybody who might have been interested in FAN, today there is major news regarding the legal issue I mentioned in my prior post. The Nevada Supreme Court found completely in FAN's favor. stockhouse.com If anybody is interested in this stock, this IMHO makes this an excellent opportunity as much of the risk has been removed.
