Hi Jeff... Sometimes the gap gets filled and sometimes it don't. A few charts I've seen gapped up big time and never looked back. Probably a company with great news release. Like a bio-tech getting FDA approval. The Japanese candlesticks have a little different criteria for a gap to be filled. The shadows aren't used. (Hi and low for the day.) The actual body must fill the gap. I used the hi and low AKA; the American way <G>.

"I didn't, however, expect the window to be slammed...I expected it to drift lower on decreasing volume. Goes to show you that the market never moves exactly the way you expect it to."

Good analogy (slammed window). Gave me a chuckle. I too expected it to just drift down this week before the meeting with brokers etc. Then take off next week with increased buyer interest. Let's hope this isn't a sign of approaching bad news.

"Once again loose holders have been flushed out and if we close better than 4 1/2 it should be considered an anomily IMO."

Let's get as many shares into strong hands. Believers, who will hang on to the end. It will be advantagous for us in any possible future take-over bid.

Looks like we're slowly drifting back up. Currently 4.69 X 4.75 with the Vol. more than 2X the Avg. Daily Vol.
