Dear QS: Forgive me but I think you are missing the whole THRUST of this ruling. The language is SO STRONG that NOW competitors and future competitors and the people who FUND THEM will be emboldened to strike out and create their own solutions. We all know the Govt IS CORRECT in that MSFT has stifled competing technology. I believe that will NO LONGER be the case and it is for THAT reason I think MSFT is now much more riskier as an investment than before. Now they MUST strive to improve their products rather than concern themselves with their stock option plans. JDN
