Joe Copia - When Mr. Prechter (ASC Holdings ) bought JPEI last year along with Kajaian Holdings theychange accountants from Pricewaterhouse Coopers to Ernst and Young .... I note this .. Quoting: << The decision to change the Registrants accountants was based on the Registrants desire to appoint a new independent auditor after ASC Holdings LLC and Kojaian Holdins LLC (with whom Ernst and Young, LLP has had a long-standing working relationship) acquired a majority interest in the Registrant on May 27, 1999.>> Now its been a long time since I saw a BB with strength and caliber of people such as this company.
