Several years ago, QDEK was a $40+ stock. I know because I bought it at $30 thinking it was a great buy then. They have been winning awards for their software but have had rotten management. Don't know if there is merit to the takeover rumors or if the company is finally being turned around. They supposedly have a new CEO - the last one ruined the company. Don't know anything about the fundamentals anymore since I stopped following this one about a year ago and just stuck it away so I wouldn't have to be repeatedly reminded of one of my biggest follies (folly because I averaged down so many times and finally stopped around $8). May be good for someone to make some money on here for a quick trade. Not me, i am stuck - but give it a looksee. Maybe it's worth a small risk
