Or at least ask your broker for advice. " Actually..... If you do not hold your certificates the company (ITKG) does not know of you but your broker receives proxies and mails one to you. The problem is in the mail delays from company to broker to you. If there is something in the announcement, and there will be one, that you wish to vote on then you may not have enough time to respond via mail. The good news is that there in an electronic form of filing that is explained within the proxy. reddy
