It may not be a big deal, but it's looked at hard and with
disfavor, when it looks like it was done in a way they did a
short sell of their own stock..selling into a rally is not
questioned , but selling into a fall..is questioned..and
should be..and in paticular when it involves most of the
higher ups; getting out while it's falling..makes you look like
a rat ...and they will have to come up with some answers..they
are not going to have a choise there..to many stock holders
got burned..the thing is will the answers..satisfy a jury..
it is going to court, ( unless they make another settelment )
<G> you can bet on that, this one will likly be a lot bigger
than the refund deal, they are being stalked..and you can
bet by some sharp privet investigators the money is in the
Billions call it a not so big deal..to the ones who bougt in
when she hit 60 or 70 to see her fall like a rock
to the twenties, they don't think it was no big deal !, and
had you bought her back then neither would you.
