as a DGIV "veteran" (in since the time it was less than 1), I have seen how a UNIFIED group of investors can at least "stabilize " the effect of Mm shorting. If you look at DGIV price action, youn will see that, unlike many OTCBB stocks, it has managed to keep its highs after each run with minimal sell off. Several times Mms try to bring it down, however, each attempt was met with more buying, causing more 'naked" shorts.
Of course, the MAJOR issue here is that DGIV investors believe that it is GREATLY UNDERVALUED with great fundamentals, and hence are willing to hold the shares and buy more on dips. In fact, SI DGIV investors own around 60%of the public float, per the latest count. If investors in PKGP (or any other company) believe in the company enough, a thread with the right kind of information/'leadership" may pull it off (similar to DGIV situation)
BTW, a significant number of DGIV investors own shares since the time it was 0.4-0.5 (high is 8, now is 6.5). On dips, they don't sell but just accumulate more!!!
