Rick, I honestly don't know how all this will affect the CRADA. I've never been involved with one myself, so I don't know what rules, if any, apply. My guess is that Babish and others knew he was leaving when they struck the deal and took that into consideration. Since that was only recently announced, I don't think Babish would have bothered to go through with it if he didn't expect it would continue in his absense. Certainly, any extra scientific data that can be generated from the CRADA or any other source that supports the usefulness of AndroVir will benefit the products marketability in the long run. It would definitely make it easier to sell to the medical community. Hank
