I talked to an associate of mine that is a baker for the local bakery and he says his bakery has a contract to supply a Banquet Hall and he shocked the sh** out of me when he said they make $4000 to $5000 a week from this Hall, on breads, rolls, pastries and cakes.
He also said the mark-up on baked goods is very high, in other words great profits.
I only talked to him for a few minutes and will find out more tomorrow.
We may be seeing BIGGER NUMBERS then we've imagined.
