Volume has been fairly low since the big Russia announcement. I'm not a technician but I think the volume tells the story here, which is that now with what has been revealed since the Russia news the demand is not high even at mid threes. Look for low 3's soon IMO. Had HGRM revealed more about the deal and HGRM been more forthcoming with information in general, including the audit that they have been talking about for more than 2 years, the stock would probably have stabilized a few points higher.
I disagree with the opinions several have expressed herein that the Russia news is not all that important. In my opinion it is paramount. It looks to me like while HGRM has grown nicely from what financials we have, they are still tiny. Growing, and in a sexy industry, but still tiny. So tiny they couldn't even raise 5 million for Voxel. The Russian deal potentially gives them the ability to pay their newly hired experts, develop new technology, etc. and grow to something substantial. Even just 2 or 3 payments on the deal (which is all I'm banking on currently) will greatly change the landscape they have been doing business on. Without this deal there would be no reason to believe that they would do anything but become less tiny through the years until finally they could be considered small.
Had I known about HGRM at 40 cents like many here I would have probably bought some. Had I known a bit more of the rumored 'big deal' that Wombat referred to many times (did anyone ever figure the Aden clue out? --I thought I read a thread tracing it to a Coke bottling plant) I may have bought in but I don't like to buy things for the long term based on rumors or someone else's enthusiasm. HGRM got my attention a little over a year ago and although I was interested it seemed too expensive given the news discosed from the company. Any price over 2 seemed too risky to me. The only big news was rumored, and I'll let that influence me a little but not much. Usually the rumors and speculation end up being just that.
It was the Russia deal that caused me to buy, and it is the Russia deal that has kept me in. That is the only real news that gives the possibility of more substantial and serious growth, as well as an improvement in reputation in the investment community (ie, movement to Nasdaq).
If no money comes from Russia, I'll probably would get out of this at any price over 2.
Why does this thread continue to buzz about Coke and movie deals? I don't mind taking some clues and forming reasonable conclusions, but what clues do we really have other than a fellow threadster's clue of 'Aden', which is now several years old?
