there is plenty of rubbish on both sides of these boards.

Coatings and Compounds will move forward as the experts that create, refine, test, and optimize them. They also require funding which can involve investors and the market.

Rubbish plays an important role in the funding side of ventures.

In this case it looks like funding of the experts has been secured and another move forward in the venture is back in the experts hands.
