To the thread, I am ashamed to admit I have trusted these guys. This business needs to be sold. For management to have made the comments they did on the most recent conference call is CRIMINAL. They are either ignorant or dishonest. Even the receptionist at TFS is incapable of honesty. After seeing the news release yesterday I immediately drove to TFS headquarters. I told the TFS receptionist I wanted to see Vince Wren or Jeff Buchanan, whoever was available first. She lied to me and told me they were in an "offsite meeting". Their are at most two other shareholders who own more stock than my clients(including DRB). David Buchanan has repeatedly told people he could sell this business for significantly more money than where the stock is trading. He said this as recently as TODAY. SELL THIS BUSINESS TO A COMPANY OR MANAGEMENT WHO UNDERSTANDS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS, NOW. Someone in this company needs to step up and take responsibility. This my friends is truly a sorry day for all TFS shareholders. To get stung twice by the same problem 3 years later is unforgivable.
