doubled since 93?? lol, try this.. I purchased a small multifamily complex for investment purposed in 98.. 6 units half 1/1 the other half 2/1 in the city of Miami (florida). I paid a fair price for the property at that time $300K, a price comparable to similar properties in the area. When I decided to refinance the property a few weeks ago I was stunned by the comparables and estimate the appraiser came back with. The property was now estimated to be worth more than double what I paid for it just 4 1/2 years ago..

Nope, no bubble here.. Anyone want some multifamily housing in Miami? I'll give ya a good deal ;) <gg>
