Who told you that the USSC does not conform with the concepts in the Constitution? I look at the concepts and words of the constitution and I look at the USSC decisions, mostly sumaries but I have looked at the full text as well. The two terms are intertwined. My car headlights are quite intertwined with my car, but not everything that effects the headlights effects the rest of the car. Not everything that is true about the car is true about the headlights. Thinking democratically, or in other words thinking about democracy and/or, about the opinions of the voters and/or citizens in a direct or representative democracy, is not a reliable guide to constitutional law, or any other kind of law.
