Hi Ron and all,

Concur with your thoughts entirely.

For the new comer that is not well connected, I would suggest Warran Buffet's advice: Look for management that is open and forthcoming.

My experience has been that when I do not get all the information I want, I almost always get burn't. Don't settle for less, in spite of what you are told.

Any others with the same experience?
