Jeff,

Another question (or actually series of questions).

Have you heard whether the HEC stock will be registered or not? If not (most likely), then are you aware of whether PKC has any demand registration rights with respect to the stock?

If the stock is not registered I believe that PKC would have to wait 2 years (pursuant to SEC Rule 144) before selling the stock. If so, I wonder what PKC plans to do in the intervening period.
