I hold both APM and CTYS, and looked at FIBR but passed. APM and CTYS are both great investments, and I hold significant positions.

If you read FIBR's 10(k), there is quite a bit of mention of related party transactions, which makes me nervous. Also, there has been some inside selling recently, and the company missed the last quarter's estimates. The analysts for this stock haven't been very good at estimating earnings on this puppy either. I am staying away from this one. The numbers look good, but I don't have confidence in the numbers or the management.

Just my two cents.
