I didn't cover my shorts fast enough and took a larger loss than I had wanted. But offset with gains from MSFT WCOM LU. AG really took me by surprise in cutting rates today especially with 50 bp in one shot. Repositioned my shorts again near end of day. I still a firm believer the issues I'm shorting will drop further in 2001.

This rally will come to pass and market will get back to its normal earnings and valuation correction. Watch for a down day tomorrow after this wad blowing afternoon.
