Novell is No More.
I have followed this stock for a number of months--watching it move up 1/8 here, down 1/8 there, up 1/64, down 1/32, ad infinitum. This happens on good news, bad news, and no news.

It all got me to thinking. Maybe this stock isn't connected to a real company. So, off I go to Orem, Utah, or whatever, to check it out.

Guess what, the company really is gone. I went and looked and all I saw was pasture. The whole building, just gone. They must have sent their employees off to do something useful and then blew up the headquarters and hauled it off.

And all these stories, earning reports, and press releases we hear on Novell. Why, they're just fiction, made up by some elf in la-la land.

I'll bet you're wondering why they've never hired a CEO. Well, now you know. Who would want to be CEO of a company that is no more?
