James,

I see your problem. You have to have faith in the decision you made in the first place regarding investing in Intel. It was a great decision. Unfortunately, you chickened out when it got back to where you bought them and got out after INTC recvered from it's early 96 lows.

Re the market tanking and INTC moving to 40.5 presplit 20.25 post split, which is the only way INTC becomes worthless - I think there is about as much chance of that happening as the chance of me winning the presidency in 2000. Not totally impossible, but really, incredibly unlikely.

The real downside is that when INTC moves down, INTCW moves down at a faster rate. Over the last few months, INTC did move down and so did INTCW. I took that as an opportuity to pick up some more at 101 1/8. Almost a 20% gain while INTC rose only 14%.

There's no time like the present to buy some more. If INTC goes to 200 by 3/98, which I think it will (DELL's fantastic blow-out earnings report today foreshadows the INTC 2nd Q97 report due in July around split time), the warrants will be trading at 160 - a 33% increase - while the stock will have only increased 24%.

I believe the downside risk is very low and the upside potential - even in a 1 year time frame, which to me is a short time frame - is very substantial.

JMHO.

Barry
