Any experienced telecom execs among you traders? I am a researcher on looking to compare notes on LVLT growth with telecom professionals who have 1) worked for IXCs (non AT&T) and/or 2) dealt with LECs on access arrangements, etc. to discuss LVLT market performance to date, their extra conduit strategy and the realities of selling to Fortune 500 firms and trying to displace DWDM capacity and the coming IP offerings of AT&T and the LECs. I am also interested in anyone's views on the accuracy 10/22/99 Salomon upgrade opinion--specifically that LVLT is quote investing virtually nothing in circuit switching unquote vs. the necessity of PSTN termination and the performance of the SoftSwitch platform.
