Guess Divex is still an open wound around here...7 billion VCR tapes rented in just a year, alone in the USA, according to Paramount, translates to a humongous digital disk feed. My guess is about 25% of the 7 billion is "adult" market tapes. Don't think that too many porn producers will be running to Circuit City for Divx inclusion. The Christian right would nail them quick. On the other hand, how many porn buyers will prefer the DVD version of the latest adult offering versus low definition VCRs? There is a lot of bread to be made in digital disks; you just need to know where to look...
