Steve said today, now that the 10K and Q's are completed, he hoped the merger would be finalized and released in the near future. I hear Raabe is hard at work with a 'talented' group of financers who are helping expedite the merger, at least thats what I hear. Since s martins and Tonto's friends contributed to Next Level walking, Steve is very tight-lipped about whats' going on.
s martin & Tonto are not benign, do not take your eyes off them, they are here on behalf of somebody who wants to see TVSI tanked.
