Well your experience isn't what most people and computer magazines are saying at all about ATT ISP service...they have been consistantly NUMBER ONE by far and away on these most current surveys while AOL is down around number 15! I don't like MSFT or AOL for their service or their outlook whether it's their own employees....or the massive spamorama of AOL. Hoping UMG goes with ATT and realizes that they are going to be a lot bigger than they are now. chris
