Ahh yes, Lakewood buying the Compaq Center. It's a shame. Houston throws away its history too lightly. I'm surprised Lakewood didn't try buying the Astrodome. I'm sure it would go real cheap, now that Reliant Stadium is built. Pfft. I drive by the Compaq Center everyday, since it sits less than a block from where I work. I just shake my head when I pass by that sign announcing the new home of the Lakewood church. It's like New York selling Yankee Stadium. Derek
