Hi Hugh, Well, you caught me! I think your clarification is great and you're correct. I kinda "glossed" over this point by saying in my post "available shares". I got into writing the post and then realized I should have checked the documents on sec.gov to see what the <available> share number really was! The 10M share number really explains why, when institutions DO get interested, this stock really moves. IMHO, that's not a lot to share around -- obviously: big demand and little availablity = higher price. Let's hope this happens soon. Thanks, again, Hugh... Ron M
