Agreed Mark. I am 100% confident that any investor still not convinced by this company would be bailling at $3.25 anyway, so might as well let them out the door now. As far as the SEC timeline goes, Colin's only mistake was in anticipating how slow the process can be. And that has nothing to do with TGSK and everything to do with the SEC and its requirements. The SEC takes its sweet time with bb stocks. Even so, I feel very confident that will see the results we seek in August. When that happens, approval will have been granted within 120 days rather than the 90 days that was anticipated. I'd be willing to bet that 120 days is still in the top 1% of bb stocks receiving SEC approval in terms of timeliness. SEC status will come when it comes. TGSK has no control over the SEC and their administrative timetables. Everything is in place for TGSK approval. The SEC WANTS companies to do this and has no reason to hold up this process except to comply with their own internal procedures. Colin can't hold a gun to the SEC's head and tell them his shareholders expect 90 days. Like I said, any investor nervous about this obviously needs their hand held on a daily basis and would be selling short-term anyway. In the bb world, this company has far exceeded every timeline and expectation available. The company puts out audited financials 3 weeks after the quarter's close and still shareholders are miserable because it might take 120 days instead of 90 to get SEC approval. To those that are "disappointed" with ANYTHING from this company, I wish they could personally share the 20 hour days, travel and pure, unadulterated devotion that Colin has given to the company to make it the success it is. Sorry for going off like this, but I do suspect many small investors need a reality check if they are biting on the MM's games/bs/manipulation. I am 100% confident that if the stock was at $5 and moving up 1/8-1/4 each day, there isn't an investor in the world that would care about SEC approval. The lag on the stock is a psychological battle being waged by a very large short that is stuck with a suicidal position. Don't let the daily bs fool you into missing everything that the company has placed before your eyes. Evaluate the strengths of what you have seen. I know many will drop out and that is to be expected. But I have never seen a more rabid group of investors. I feel supremely confident that 90% or more of today's investors will be candidates for Cancun. :)
