Thanks for your reply. The statements in the shareholder circular would be directly attributable to MegaCom(?), whose parent company is XSNI. In other words, those statements were issued by management. If they are false, which there is no indication of, other than conjecture, the company could and would be held accountable. If, on the other hand, the idea is to spin off the X-Stream Network Internet Service(the actual service itself), maybe its a different ballgame. Is it XSNI's intention to spin off the service, like PQT spinning off Hyperfeed, in an IPO? You couldn't have an IPO on XSNI itself, as it already is trading. But they certainly could spin off the Internet Service itself in an IPO. Just thinking out loud. |
